Refund Policy

This policy explains when [Business name] ("we", "us") refunds payments for Egyptian Ad Archive at egyptianadarchive.com. Contact: [Contact email].

1. 7-day refund on your first payment

If you are not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a paid plan. No reason needed.

• This applies once per person, to the first payment only.
• It covers Pro monthly, Pro yearly and First 300 plans, and plans paid through our WhatsApp route.
• The 3-day free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund for it.
• When the refund is made, the paid plan ends.

2. Renewals

Renewal payments (the second month, the second year and so on) are not refunded, except:

• a yearly renewal, if you ask within 7 days of the renewal date and have not used the paid features since then; or
• where the law gives you a right to a refund.

To avoid a renewal, cancel before the renewal date. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We send a reminder email 7 days before every yearly renewal.

3. First 300

The First 300 offer has the same 7-day refund on the first payment. If you take a refund or cancel, the First 300 price and badge end and cannot be claimed again later.

4. When there is no refund

• After the 7-day window, except as described in section 2.
• When an account is closed after review because it was shared, as described in the Terms of Use, section 5.
• For a period that was already used, for example the part of a month that has passed.

5. Our mistakes

We refund in full if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancelling in time. If the paid service is down for a long time (3 or more days in a row) because of a problem on our side, we extend your plan for free or refund the lost days, as you prefer.

6. How to ask

• Paid in US dollars (through Lemon Squeezy): use the link in your receipt email, or write to [Contact email]. Lemon Squeezy makes the refund as the seller.
• Paid in Egypt through WhatsApp (InstaPay or phone cash): message us on WhatsApp at [WhatsApp number] or write to [Contact email] with the email of your account and the payment reference.

7. How long it takes

We reply within 2 working days. Once approved:

• Card refunds reach your account in about 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
• InstaPay and phone cash refunds are sent back to the account or number that paid, within 3 working days.

Refunds are made in the currency you paid in. We do not cover changes in exchange rates or fees charged by your bank.
